Which LEO should I start with?
Freeze Ice Strong is the cleanest introduction to the house style. If 12 mg is more than you want, start with any Zero to learn the flavours with no nicotine at all, then step in at Strong where it suits you.
How strong is LEO?
Three levels: Zero with no nicotine, Strong at 12 mg per pouch (20 mg/g), and Freeze Ice Max at 16 mg per pouch (26 mg/g). There is nothing in the extreme tier, and the Zero twin for each flavour is the brand's signature.
What are LEO Zero pouches for?
They deliver the full flavour and the under-lip feel with no nicotine. People reach for them in the evening, between stronger pouches, or as a way to keep the ritual while stepping the nicotine down. Taste and format are identical to the Strong versions.
Is LEO the same as snus?
No. Traditional Swedish snus contains tobacco; LEO does not. LEO is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch, often called tobacco-free snus in everyday usage, and the Zero line contains neither tobacco nor nicotine.
