Where we deliver 20 countries

PouchSpot delivers to 20 countries across the European Union. Every one is served from the same warehouse in Sweden, which is why a pouch bought in Dublin is the same pouch bought in Zagreb, out of the same box, checked by the same people.

Three of them are served differently. Belgium, Lithuania and the Netherlands receive caffeine pouches and nicotine free pouches rather than nicotine pouches, and their pages say so at the top. Everywhere else gets the full range.

DHL Pickup Point leaves your parcel at a local DHL Service Point instead of your door. Where it is available for your address, it appears as its own option at checkout, at the same price as home delivery. In Latvia and Lithuania, DHL delivers only to Service Points, so pickup is the standard option there. In Ireland and the Balearic Islands it is the other way round: DHL delivers to your door only.

Delivery times run from dispatch, not from when you place the order. We dispatch within one business day, so an order placed on a Tuesday morning is usually with you by the following Monday on standard delivery, and by Thursday on express. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Swedish public holiday go out on the next business day. If your order contains something briefly out of stock, we hold it and ship everything together rather than splitting it into two parcels.

Your parcel arrives in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside. You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number the moment it leaves us, so you can follow it through the carrier's own app.

Customs, duties and taxes

Every country we deliver to is inside the European Union customs union, and we ship from Sweden, so in the normal case your order moves the way a domestic one does: nothing to declare, and nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives. Prices at checkout cover the goods and the shipping.

Excise duties and taxes on nicotine pouches

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any excise duties or taxes that apply to nicotine pouches in your destination country.

We do not collect or pay excise duties on your behalf. In some countries, the authorities may require you to declare and pay them yourself.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for any local tax obligations.

Cannot see your country?

It may be a market we cannot serve, or one we simply have not opened yet. Email contact@pouchspot.com and we will tell you honestly which of the two it is. We keep a list of the countries people ask for most, and it does influence where we go next.

Age verification

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We may ask you to verify your age at checkout or on delivery, and in some destinations the carrier will ask for photo ID at the door.
